Sizing & Alterations
Find Your Size: Check your receipt & portal for your gown size.
Alteration Costs: Plan for $600-$800 for standard tweaks (hemming, bustling), and $500-$1000 for custom details (sleeves, slits, etc.).
Fittings: You’ll need 2-4 appointments. We recommend starting alterations about 3 months before your wedding with a final fitting one month before to ensure the perfect fit.
Our Seamstress: Available by appointment (Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri—no weekends or Wednesdays).
A $50 deposit is required when booking alterations. This goes toward your final cost but is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment.
Shoes & Measurements
Time to Shoe Shop! Bring your wedding shoes (or a few options) to your first fitting.

If your gown was ordered with a length measurement, stay flexible with your shoe height! Designers ask for a tolerance for up to a 1-inch variance.

Final Balance: Due as per your payment plan or when your gown arrives—whichever comes first.
Missed Payments: Must be paid in full immediately to avoid delays.

Gown Delivery & Pickup
Arrival Time: Gowns typically arrive within 4-8 months.
Need it sooner? Rush options may be available—check your receipt for details.
Pick-Up: Schedule your Order Try-On & Pick-Up within 14 days of your gown’s arrival.
After that, a $30 monthly storage fee applies.
Shipping Available! Prefer your gown shipped? Just ask for an insured shipping quote.
Storage fees don’t apply if your gown is with our seamstress!
Steaming Services
Wedding Day Steaming: For brides who want their gown freshly pressed before the big day, we offer full professional steaming starting at $100+, based on the gown’s fabric type and train length.
Important Note: Because wedding gowns are made of delicate materials, we do not recommend full steaming more than once. Excessive heat or moisture can compromise the integrity of the fabric, especially on intricate or embellished designs.
If your gown travels after being steamed, it may require light touch-ups rather than another full steam. We’re happy to advise you on the safest way to refresh it if needed.
Booking Info: Wedding day steaming must be scheduled at least
4 business days in advance to ensure availability and proper care.
